Guilhaume is a French American filmmaker and photographer. He worked
as a studio assistant in New York, a production assistant and camera
trainee on American TV shows in France, and as a grip on
high-speed tabletop commercials. He holds a master's degree in
theoretical film studies from the Sorbonne, which furthered his
approach to documentary research for filmmaking. As a camera operator and
photographer, Guilhaume experiments with drawing and painting, film
and specialized digital cameras, building machinery and devices to
create images and effects. These tools have been used on
self-initiated documentary shorts and commissions. He often
photographs for architects.
